Matthew Tarot offers personalized tarot card readings delivered in written form via email. Each reading is prepared individually based on the information provided by the client, including their name, date of birth, and questions or situation description.
All readings are delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Readings are sent to the email address provided during the order process.
3. Nature of the Service
Tarot readings are intended for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice in any field, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters.
You acknowledge that tarot readings are based on interpretation of card symbolism and intuition. Results should not be used as the sole basis for making important life decisions. Matthew Tarot is not responsible for any actions taken based on the content of a reading.
4. Ordering and Payment
To place an order, you must provide your name, date of birth, email address, and your questions or a description of your situation. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.
Payment is required before the reading is prepared. We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.
5. Delivery
Readings are digital products delivered via email within 24 hours of confirmed payment. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address. If you do not receive your reading within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder and contact us.
6. Refund Policy
Because readings are personalized digital content prepared specifically for you, refunds are generally not available once the reading has been delivered to your email.
If you have not received your reading within 24 hours, or if there is a technical issue preventing delivery, please contact us and we will resolve the situation promptly.
If your reading has not yet been started, you may request a full refund by contacting us at tarotman200@gmail.com.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. All information you share, including your questions and personal details, is treated as strictly confidential. Your reading and personal data will never be shared with third parties or published anywhere.
